How do we attempt to align the methods of representation with the methods of thinking AND the methods of thinking with the methods of representation?  …….

The 2016 conference theme expects to address the questions of the current sensibilities in representation and design communication with the emphasis on its ability to inquire, question and wonder. 

The topics may include but are not limited to: architecture, art, industrial design, graphic design, textile and fashion design, information and data visualization, writing, virtual reality, moving images and time-based media, interactive environments, history of representation and communication, education, practice, media and methods.

PAPER SUBMISSION

One-page abstracts that address the conference theme must be submitted by February 15, 2016.

Abstracts must be Microsoft Word documents using only Times, Times New Roman, Arial or Helvetica fonts.

Abstracts must be E-mailed as attachments to: zuzanna@montana.edu.

Preliminary paper acceptance by March 30, 2016.

Final papers with illustrations must be submitted by June 1, 2016

Final Paper acceptance by July 1, 2016.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings that will be for sale at the conference.
